Thanks guys and gals
One thing to note is that I got all this stuff
pre loved so there might be the odd bit missing!

1) Tank. Has electrical connections for a LPG on/off solenoid valve and fuel level sender
I can see a grey box thing in the left of the tank picture with 2 wires in and out this looks like the cut off2) Petrol solenoid valve. This is inserted in the fuel line somewhere to shut the flow of petrol off when the gas is flowing, and vice versa.
I don't seem to have one of these but no probs I don't think they will be expensive3) LPG solenoid valve. Both of mine have an extra gas on/off solenoid valve just before the vapouriser
Yes judging by the the pipes used that is where the LPG solenoid valve fits in4) Vapouriser. Has yet another LPG solenoid valve(!), inlet and outlet for coolant water, inlet for LPG (copper pipe), outlet for vapourised LPG (rubber hose)
5) Power valve. Sits between the vapouriser and the mixer to adjust gas flow
RIGHT!! the penny is dropping mine came of a V8 so there are the valve is a y shaped to each bank of 4 cylinders!! so presumably I will need another one or just put the 2 back into 1 with another Y connector?6) Mixer. Sits on top of the carb or in the inlet hose
missing this bit are they universal?7) Switch. Both of mine have three positions, LPG, off, petrol. A wiring loom should come with the switch, it's dead simple to connect up.
No wiring loom but I'm sure I can sort something out once i get my head around the connections There's likely a fuel cut off solenoid on the tank and the vapouriser, both probably on a blue? wire
Found what I think is the cut off valve on the tank balck and red connectionsYello to the petrol shut of solenoid
This bit is missing!!Red power +'ve take from +'ve coil connection is good
black probably earth
grean - fuel level sensor
Vapouriser should have water in/out, high-pressure gas in and low-pressure gas out to a mixer (bolts under the carb).
tank will have in from filler and out to vap.
Right that is useful the petrol valve is separate! I have a better idea now!You can get adapters for the different fillers.
Yes I'm hoping the filler pipes are universal so I can just screw the UK type onI manage to get the tank mountings in the back bolted through the floor supports I will have another fiddle tonight.
Thanks for the comments and help
