Fixing plates / captive nut / rectangular nut

Im looking for a quick way to whip my truck cab off. Does any one have an ingenious solution? I have been looking for nut plates and rectangular nuts on Internet but have failed miserably.
Suggestions?

Five minutes to  take mine off (when it's fitted)
Just dont put all the bolts in along the screen, just a couple.
Roof & back panel come off bolted together, & Wing nuts on the long bolts to tub may help. but even they don't take long. (if they've not been on for years & seized that is.)

Try tack welding normal hex nuts to a plate or drill and tap a piece of plate 8 or 10 mm thick

mine was held down with cable ties  as i couldn't find the bolts at first and just a couple over the windscreen off in less than a minute

Takes only mins to unbolt the fixings providing they are like new, slide the rear cab window open to reach both ends of the nuts.
What takes the time is getting the missus in the garage for lifting the cab off  ::)
