First thing is the slave cylinder ok i had a siezed one and it bled ok and i had a hard pedal but  worth checking.
Go for a drive off road if possible, put it in gear then start it and off you go, keeping your foot pressed on the clutch pedal the whole time, up hill and down dale, might break free.
I wonder if you put the rear axle on axle stands and in 2H start in gear 3rd maybe, keep some rev's on and dab the foot brake quite hard. While pressing the clutch pedal the whole time.
